“Olivia,” he continued, turning towards her, “you and the boys have brought so much joy into our lives. We’ve watched you become stronger every day, even when it wasn’t easy. We admire you more than words can say.”
A soft murmur rippled through the crowd, a collective sigh of heartfelt agreement. Olivia’s eyes glistened, her hands clasped tightly together.
“And Liam and Logan,” Matthew said, bending down slightly to meet their gaze, “you’ve shown us what it means to be a family. You’ve given us laughter and love, and we’re so grateful.”
Logan beamed, his cheeks flushed with excitement. Liam, slightly bashful, hid his face in Olivia’s dress, peeking out with a shy smile.
“We have a little something for you,” I chimed in, stepping up beside Matthew. “It’s our way of saying thank you for being our family.”
