The property, known for its bold interior style and ties to New York’s high-society gatherings, represented more than just luxury real estate. For decades it served as both a private residence and a social hub, reflecting the glamorous public image Ivana cultivated during her years in the spotlight.
Ivana Trump purchased the townhouse in 1992 for about $2.5 million and later redesigned it to match her personal aesthetic. The interiors became known for their dramatic flair, featuring ornate chandeliers, marble finishes, richly colored fabrics, and decorative details that gave the home a distinctive personality. Even among the elegant properties of Manhattan’s Upper East Side, the residence stood out for its expressive design and opulent atmosphere.
Spanning roughly 8,700 square feet across multiple levels, the home included several reception rooms designed for hosting gatherings and entertaining guests.
