When Elliot Costello met a young girl named Thea in Cambodia, he could not have predicted the impact that single conversation would have. In that moment, he made a personal promise: he would keep one nail painted as a reminder of her story and the many children whose voices often go unheard. The campaign encourages men to paint one nail to represent the statistic that one in five children worldwide experience sexual violence.
