Ethan overheard the comment and frowned slightly but chose to ignore it. Instead, he stood by patiently as the woman hesitated over her order.
“Can I help you choose something?” he asked kindly.
The woman looked up, her eyes bright with gratitude. “I’m not very familiar with these dishes. What do you recommend?”
Ethan leaned in and pointed to a few items. “The mushroom risotto is exquisite, and the eggplant parmesan is a nice choice if you prefer something lighter.”
